Following our recent raise, Webb is expanding the size of our team. We are currently in search of an experienced and value-aligned Technical Product Manager to join us on our mission of scaling digital privacy for everything, everywhere and for everyone.

For Product Manager, this role presents a unique opportunity for those experienced in full-stack product development and passionate about blockchain technology. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and managing key features of our flagship privacy products. Your role will involve optimizing user experience for speed and privacy, guiding our exceptional developers, and contributing to engineering mentorship.

Part of your role will also involve authoring external content and building your personal brand in the privacy space. This content will serve to effectively elucidate our systems to our users, stakeholders, and the broader blockchain community, reinforcing our commitment to education and transparency.

Candidates proficient in Typescript, with experience in programming with open-source libraries and blockchain APIs such as web3.js, ethers.js, or PolkadotJS, are encouraged to apply. Additional experience in Solidity, Rust, WASM, or familiarity with Figma would be considered advantageous.

More Details

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing and overseeing product features.
• Researching and implementing speed and privacy enhancements for a seamless user experience.
• Drafting detailed specifications of product features and milestones for the product team, working especially close with our Design team.
• Occasionally working with our communications team to publish external content that describes our systems, educates our user base, and promotes understanding and adoption of our products within the blockchain community.

Additionally, a spectacular candidate will support:

• Guiding developers, providing engineering mentorship, and managing their tasks effectively.
• Assisting with DevOps functions to ensure smooth deployment and operation of products.

Background

• Proficiency in web3 enabled product development.
• Experience with Typescript.
• Demonstrable experience leading development projects and teams.
• Proficiency in working with open-source libraries and blockchain APIs such as web3.js, ethers.js, and PolkadotJS.
• A keen interest in distributed systems and blockchain technology.

A plus

• Experience with Solidity, Rust, WASM.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Background in DevOps and infrastructure management.
